How to creare a bat.file for xp update

I want reinstall my system. There are about 60 hotfixes after xp sp2. I have to create a batch file.
The problem is, I find many Cumulative Updates amone the 60 hotfixes which include two kinds,
1. Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer for Windows XP Service Pack 2.
2. Cumulative Update for Internet Explorer for Windows XP Service Pack 2.

Are they same thing? Do I need to install all of them? If not, which is the last version?

The simplest solution, without skipping anything or missing anything is to install everything one after another, chronologically.

No they are not the same exact updates. One is for security, the other general.

As Mrkvonic stated, chronological installation will handle the details.

although slightly off-topic, u can looking into using autopatcher xp if u want to keep your windows installation up-to-date.
