Yes, I read about Firefox being able to block autoplay, I would actually love to see a feature like this in Vivaldi. But my problem with video's that stop playing when scrolling, was clearly caused by the filters. So when I now scroll down I once again get to see the sign-in pop-up on Twitter, but it's not a big deal, Twitter is crap anyway.

OK, thanks for the additional clarifications, Rasheed and stapp. :) Hopefully you found the culprit filter/s, Rasheed. Once you get aware of these nuisances, it can be annoying a lot, understandably.

Actually, it's very weird but now I have found another site where the video autoloads and auto-stops playing when scrolling but it also resumes playing as soon as the video is visible again. And this is without uBlock being enabled. Perhaps it's controlled by some setting on Twitter?

Weird, it should be easy for them to add video autoplay blocker. Chromium really needs an upgrade.
