    First off, I am Norwegian with limited English skills, so pardon my French :)

    I have been looking for information for this issue, but the forum is large.
    I would like Nod to put a tag on outgoing mail--scanned by nod.--
    This to make the receiving end to know I am using nod 32 for outgoing mail.

    I would also like hints on configuring nod by recommended user settings.
    In return I can give useful hints on the firewall (Zone alarm) and other security programs.
    My best hint, on in this regard, don’t use the new version, use v 5.5 or 6.1.744.
    All the rest, give problems for many users.

    Thanks on advance

    Have a look at this post by Blackspear. Very good recommendations for tweaking Nod32 to get the best, IMO, out of it. Of course they can be custom tailored to fit your personal needs.

    Thank you ThunderZ for this link.
    It solved my settings in general.
    But I did not find a setting for " tag outgoing email"

    Again, this was most appreciated.

    Best regards

    For IMON (handles generally POP3)
    Control Center->IMON->Setup->"POP3" tab
    Checked email confirmations

    For EMON (handles MS Office Outlook)
    Control Center->EMON->Setup->Notifications

    try this :thumb:

    Appending tags to outgoing email will only work if you use MS Outlook and EMON for checking email. It provides an option to tag both incoming and outgoing email.
