How to add Network connections to SuRun whitelist??

Hello everyone,

I've setup SuRun on my cousins Win XP system to allow only
cmd and msconfig to open with elevated rights without asking
for password.

Now I want to add Network connections to that list so that if he takes
his laptop on any other network and if he needs to put in
the IP address manually he can do that without putting in
password into SuRun.

I dont want him to touch any other part of the OS with elevated
priviliges hence am adding only cmd, msconfig and Network
connections in the SuRun whitelist.

Please help

Found the solution finally. In run type "surun ncpa.cpl"
