How secure is this-OTP + edited

I have been looking at a way to keep some of my personal info private.

Came up with the OTP program using a number of algorythms.

I then thought about this:Once the OTP has secured the info I edited in notepad and over-right.Only I know the way I change the ascii characters and where.So now even if someone by accident or other sees me putting in my password-or keyboard software-it should be now pretty secure.

If Privypad or other programs are used in this manor -how secure is it?

Any comments on this.
