OK, I guess its was kind of a popular name the 50's and 60's -
which, fits well with the year I was born (1966).
Hardly ever hear it around, though. :D

    Joris = George (in English)*

    *Joris has never been a top1000 name and wasn't listed...so I figured I'd translate ;)

Actually, Sam is named 'Sam', because nobody knew how to pronounce or spell Alicia's name. So I thought 'Sam' would be VERY easy for people.
Plus, I thought it was cute :D :D

But then I put in Natasha, without the letter "c" in my original name:

    Natasha - Means: Rebirth-from AnastaciaDecadePopularityRank1900's >10001910's >10001920's >10001930's >10001940's >10001950's >10001960'shttp://i.birthdayalarm.com/img/vid.gif8341970'shttp://i.birthdayalarm.com/img/vid.gif1571980'shttp://i.birthdayalarm.com/img/vid.gif751990'shttp://i.birthdayalarm.com/img/vid.gif144

Actually certain names can have different meanings.
In my baby name book for example,
Natascha & Natasha is a russian form of "Natalie/Nathalie".
"Gift of the Lord" - (Hebrew) :D The feminine form of
    Nathaniel or Nathan.

    Interesting stuff. :)

Ooops...something went terrible wrong with my chart. I wanted to do like slammer. Sorry.

You'll need a screen capturer in order to do so, for example this one.
If at first you don't succeed...

Got you all beat (in the stats, that is). :D

Michael ("Who is like God?") has apparently ranked #1 straight through from the 1950's on. Surprised me, I would have thought John and its variations would have that honor.

I also tried Mike, which didn't fare nearly as well. Makes sense, since how many guys have Mike as a legal name, as opposed to a nickname for Michael?
