How do i purchase the Remote Administrator client/server?

 

you need to buy a 5-user license or more of smart security or nod32 to get Remote Administrator

basicly anything with less than 5 licenses is home edition, everything from 5 and up is business edition, that includes Remote Administrator and ability to install on servers and ablity to make local mirror/update

If you already have a license for Home edition (with no RA) you need to contact ESET Sales or a reseller to change your license from H.E. to Business edition and ->

 

The Eset UK policy is Home Editions cannot be more than four licenses, and indeed in the portal you cannot order or upgrade to more than four home licenses.
