how long should "Locking Partition C:..." display?

    how long should "Locking Partition C:..." display? I've been seeing it for 3 hours+ after doing a restore. I ran the restore from the program CD using a ext USB2 HD. I don't know how long to wait as I can't use the PC and need it!

    - When do you see this message "Locking Partition C:.."?
    - This message appears when you try to restore your image from Acronis bootable CD, am I correct?
    - What version (and build) of Acronis program do you use?

    well, I couldn't wait any longer so I re-booted. I think it was stuck there. v 8.0 build 768. PC seems to be properly restored after re-boot

    We also recommend you to update your copy of Acronis True Image 8.0 to the 889 build. In order to get access to updates you should register account on our site (or just log in if you have already created it) and then register your copy of the product.
