How long for a response from Tech Support?

    I e-mailed tech support on Saturday morning.

    I promptly received a reply with a case number, but haven't received any response to my question.

    How long do they normally take to respond?

    call the toll free # on their website. was a hole lot faster 5,10 min wait and they even called back 1 hour later to make sure everything was ok:)

    They've answered me (almoust allways) in next 24 - 48 hours

    When I put in a ticket to ESET's Tech Support on Saturday they responded Tuesday morning, so check your mail today I guess.
