How long does it take to retrieve password?

Had to reinstall system, requested password/username email to be sent to me, been waiting 10 hours, just tried it again for a second time now

Any ideas on how long I have to wait to get my info sent to me??

It will be a good Idea that when you do get it is print it out or wright it down in case you have to reinstall your system again! It could take 24 to 48 hours as it's a long weekend in most parts to get a reply!

Yes that is the place I have been, did it for a third time for good measure

I think it is reasonable, it have always taken between 12-48 hours to get your Pass/username.
Just wait and you will be fine.

Edit: To clarify what I meant was that it can take this long before it actually get's verified by the license server.
Because Marcos is correct about that the email containing the User/Pass is send out right away to the emailadress you provided.

 

The email containing the username and password is sent out immediately after filling in the registration email address providing that the product was purchased via ESET, LLC. I, for one, don't see a reason for the submission to be delayed. Did you actually purchase the product via ESET, LLC and entered the email address you used for registering the product?

Still nothing and its been and its nearly 36 hours and counting

99% sure on the email addy, but as with all systems like this you normally get told if its not

I know its the long weekend, but I've got these emails sent out from loads of other places in the last 2-3 days with no hassles

Its cool I bet it all pops up wed morning....

 

You need to use the contact information on the Australian website: www.eset.com.au the USA website will not work for Australian customers and many outside of the USA.
