    Per topic title.

Been playing with AntiBot lately, but given Symantec's near-nonexistent support to AntiBot, my supposition is that it'd be less of a waste of time to send samples direct to Sana. Unfortunately, Sana in turn provides users with no way to contact them directly, not without buying support.

    Anyone have any idea?

    Hello solcroft,

Please take a look at the following link.

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=1140991&postcount=21

FYI, one can also use the email address mentioned in the above link to submit possible false positives. As for submitting malware samples, I have always sent them directly to Sana's CTO who forwards them to the proper channels. In the meantime, I will inquire if Sana has an official email address that one can use for sending malware samples. Hope this helps.

    Hello solcroft,

In the meantime, you can send your malware samples zipped to (support@sanasecurity.com). Also, to this address, you can send them direct download links to your samples by way of rapidshare or similar. Hope this helps.

    Thanks Cogito.

A trojan is circulating around lately whose claim to fame is terminating and bypassing all mainstream behavior blockers. AntiBot missed it completely; this was what I was mainly hoping to submit, among some others.

And unfortunately I've also discovered the old keygen doesn't work for the new AntiBot 1.1, which means testing it is going to be that much more annoying.

    Hello solcroft,

    You are welcome.

With the help of Greg at Sana tech. support, I was able find out a more direct route to submitting malware samples, hacker tools, etc... The instructions for the submission of malware samples and the like remain the same as in the above quote with a slight twist. Instead of sending them to (support@sanasecurity.com), you should send them to (jeremy@sanasecurity.com). Additionally, you should also provide a carbon copy(CC) to (support@sanasecurity.com) so that a case number can be assigned for tracking purposes. In light of this new information, I highly recommend that you resend any samples that you have previously sent.

    Peace & Gratitude,
