How do i update ESET smart security 4 to 5?

    When i run the smart security 5 installer, it cant install the files because smart security 4 is blocking them, and i cant figure out how to disable smart security 4 from doing that...

    very simple

    uninstall ESS 4,

    restart your computer

    install ESS 5
