how do i uninstall prevx1 r?

I was checking it out, and I dont want it, but theres no abvious uninstaller.. either

 

This is frustrating.. windows uninstaller, even my unsinstaller, ccleaner cant uninstall this damned thing.

 

That's odd. I've tried it and then uninstalled it and I don't recall any problems with getting rid of it. Is there no entry in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel?

 

Have you tried asking support? They gave me a command line that would remove all files.

Unfortunately, I cannot find the message they sent me.

Start>All Programs>Prevx1, select Uninstall Prevx1

I had the exact same problem yesterday I deleted the folder so had no way to uninstall So I installed it on my second pc to get the shortcut

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Prevx\PXSetup.exe" ACTION=UNINSTALL -V -REBOOT -APP

I had the exact same problem with a version of Sandboxie. I eventually had to turn a Registry editor i use named Reg Crawler to manually pull the entries off the system.

It's a pain indeed when they don't use an Uninstaller or they use one that doesn't fully do the clean-ups.

 

If you send a message to support, they can give you manual uninstall instructions as well

After executing the archive reboot and go to 'control panel'
select 'add or remove programs'

go to PREVX1 and select "remove"
