    What sort of DNS leaks?

What makes Torch browser leakier than any other browser?

Generic solutions are DNSCrypt and/or using VPN, which I'm sure that you know already.

I know Torch browser has an incognito mode. This might help.

Another way to prevent DNS leaks (which typically are assumed to be your ISP logging your DNS requests) is to login to your router (if you have one) as admin, and then set all of the DNS Server IP address settings to OpenDNS server IP addresses.

This technique bypasses your ISP's DNS Servers, and all of the DNS requests go to the OpenDNS servers instead.
