I want to uninstall completely and reinstall...but I need the keycode before I do this.

If you still have WSA installed open the main GUI and Click My Account or Do you have your My Webroot Account setup as it's in there if you did? https://my.webrootanywhere.com/ Or are you talking about the Closed Beta keycode? Do you have the emails sent to you when the Beta started?

I am a closed beta tester, just like you.

However, I am confused that I no longer see the keycode like I could previously. I know it changed, but it is annoying, nonetheless.

After, clicking on 'Copy to clipboard', I get the following message...

Were you using the original license keycode as that Expired long time ago the new one has BETA in the keycode! Send a PM to Joe with your email address the one you registerd with for the original Beta early 2011 and hopefully he can look it up.

TH is correct - it sounds like you still have the GUID-based license from the original 2011 beta. It's changed to a 20 byte license key with "BETA" or "TEST" in the name. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll send you back the newer license that corresponds to your original one.

    Thanks!
