How could I translate Spywareblaster?

    Hi!
    I´ve been using ResHacker to translate several softwares for portuguese, but I could not edit the "spywareblater.exe" file using this software.
    Does someone could explain me what I've to do? SpywareBlaster is a very popular program here in Brazil, and many users would be happy using it in our mother language.
