So I deleted an individual website cookie both from the PC (via CCleaner) and Cyberfox/Firefox Privacy and Security options. Yet, as soon as I enter the first letter of my username it fills it in. Do I need to clear all form history? If so, I hate to do "all!" Thank you!

When you enter the first letter of your username are you logging in? If that's the case, check the saved passwords and see if there's one saved for that site. Some sites don't enter saved usernames and passwords automatically, you have to type the first letter of your username and then if fills in.

Right. Clearing the form history in the browser would do.

Firefox has a cookie editor extension, you can set Cceaner to remove cookies you can chose which ones to keep like a forum that you login to and don't want to have to login each and every time.
