I installed PG and then decided to uninstall as it seemed ot create a lag in certain functions on my computer.

I uninstalled it my computer told me that it needed to shut down for the uninstall to be complete. However, the computer got hung up while shutting down. After a couple of minutes, I decided to do a hard shut it down manually by pressing in and holding the power button.

When I started the machine back up, I got a Process Guard error saying:

    "error: cannot open Mutex 2"

How could this be? The program was supposedly off my machine.

In any case, I deleted the Process Guard directory. Cleaned the registry. Then for safe keeping, I went back to the system restore point I created just prior to installing PG. I haven't seen the error since.

But how can I be sure that all remnants of PG are off my machine?
