How can I uninstall 4.0.417 or 314 from ERA console

    I need to do a clean uninstall of clients due to Update Modules being corrupted or the .nup files needing to be deleted.. A push on top of the clients will do jack.. I need some help

    To do a "clean uninstall" you will need to follow this article

    If you want to push a uninstall from the Remote Administrator Server

    GOTO Remote Install Tab
    Choose Type : Uninstall Eset Security Products and NOD32 version 2

    Then choose your clients
    Choose Uninstall

    Hopefully this works !

    Yeah I've tried that and get an error code. I believe it is error code 1603 on any machine I try
