After having read TRJAM's post about the rogue infecting his machine, I showed the it to my wife. It's her computer and it's up to her what goes in it.
She finally agreed to get rid of MSE and re-install DW.
So now I have a question.
How do I secure IE8 so that when used with DW in Banking mode it's properly secured and safe.
Flash needs to work because the banks and many shopping sites use it and Active X.
    Thanks.

I don't think there's anything particular you need to do to IE8. DW is strong enough to protect IE8 so that when you use it for banking it is 'clean'. Any other protections (e.g. OpenDNS) would be done outside of IE8.

Hope, the compatibility issue will be fixed soon. At least, MSSE's support promised to put it into the its R&D team.

There is no need to do anything special. You just need to install bank's ActiveX under the Banking mode (or trusted) as, with this mode, modules created by regular untrusted processes are denied to be loaded.
