The only way is through the email you got or contacting the reseller you purchased from.
    I hope it's improved in V3...

That information should be in the registration email you received with your Username and Password when you purchased NOD32. If you can't find yours I believe you can get that information by going here: http://www.eset.com/support/lost_license.php

^ Yeah but that only works if you purchased directly from ESET.

    Just another question.
I bought a two years licence, if Nod upgrade for example to version 3.XX.XX, can I upgrade with my licence or it is only for 2.XX.XX

You can upgrade to any new version of the NOD32 (AV only... haven't heard official information regarding upgrading to the coming Suite) for the life of your Subscription. :thumb:

as I understand it, there will be a 3.0 AV solution, and a 3.0 Suite, with additional functionality. Eset's policy on upgrades includes free upgrades when a major release of the same product is made - so you should be able to upgrade to 3.0 AV solution for free - if you want the suite, there is likely to be an upgrade fee.

Eset's major version upgrade policy is one of the best in the software world imo - and as long as you're current on your updates, when it's time to upgrade, the software will likely prompt you to make a download and upgrade - although the mechanism for this is not public knowledge yet - I'm surmising on that part.... ;)
