Hi , I used OS selector to copy my xp system , the operation completed with ease . But whenever I try to boot into my original copy of xp 1 I get a message states that a file is missing ! system32\hal.dll , so now I have to restore a copy of that file , but the problem is that I can't find the os folders
& I only can boot into the cloned xp system .

so my question is Where does OS selector keep the xp folders of both the original & cloned ?

    thanx

    Hello Omar,

Thank you for using Acronis software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/).

Acronis OS Selector keeps operating system files in the "bootwiz" folder on your system partition. This folder is hidden.

Acronis OS Selector replaces your system files and folders in your root directory depending on the selected operating system.

    Thank you.
