"HouseCall is only supported English IE ..."?!?!

    When I start HouseCall scan I got that alert: "HouseCall is only supported English Internet Explorer and Traditional Chinese Internet Explorer".
    I've enabled ActiveX and cookies and I dont know what else to do.

    Any help, please?
