HIPS... repeated prompts when installing other software

Hi all

Is it normal that the HIPS related prompts come through thick and fast when I install software? I'm talking 20 or more, all of them saying Operation Allowed. Can the allowed prompts be turned off too? Do I really want to be notified when something is allowed?

Also, does anybody else think it would be nice to make the whole blue title bar of the popups open up the menu, rather than just the tiny white triangle? If I have to clear 20+ HIPS prompts, I'd at least like to not have to precision handle my mouse pointer to a 3mm x 3mm area of my screen to do it.
