HIPS dialog window appears with delay

I am using Eset Smart Security 5.2.9.12

Currently HIPS is set in interactive mode. But Eset automatically allowed a change before I was able to allow or block it. Is it because I already created a rule for the program in the past? So Eset HIPS allowed it automatically?

Can the time be configured when ESET automatically allows a change to my system (registry, modify/delete a file, ... ) ? I mean can time be prolonged, because now it's a bit short. I came across an issue that ESET HIPS dialog box appeared after that the change was automatically allowed. Luckily it was for a safe program.

Thank you very much, for your prompt reply.

I came across this behavior when I wanted to install a new version of Orbit Downloader. So far it only happened with this software. The installation continued before I saw the dialog window.

After what time will Eset automatically allow a particular change?
