HijackThis log for OfferOptimizer and who knows what else

I've tried using both Spybot and Ad-aware, but they're not able to remove a some items, even after rebooting. The most annoying problem that I've experienced is pop-ups, but another user of this computer says that sometimes programs will just automatically start without being "clicked on". Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\sysupd.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\tfbapaag.exe
C:\Program Files\Common files\updater <= entire folder

Thanks for the help, Pieter. One more question and then I'll leave you alone. I noticed that there was a program called "updaterInstall_112" on my C:. May I delete this? The path is C:\updaterInstall_112. You've been a terrific help.
