    Hi Derij :)

Please check your private messages at the top of the forum. I have sent you my email address and a request for a copy of some suspicious files to have analyzed please. Do that email to me those files and then return here to follow the rest of the steps.

    Requested file copies are:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\SWin32.dll

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\automove.exe

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\erypgnpq.exe

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSA64CHK.dll
    .............................................
Next, please make a new folder to put your HijackThis.exe into. Anywhere on your hard drive is fine other than your Desktop or the Temp folder. We suggest you use C:\Program Files\HijackThis but feel free to use any name or folder you like. Unzip HijackThis again and save the contents (Hijackthis.exe) to the new folder you made. Then navigate to it and run HijackThis from there. This is to ensure it makes the necessary backups for recovery if needed.

Next, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an x in the boxes next to these items, then press *fix checked*

Reboot your PC and delete the following files and/or folders named in bold

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\erypgnpq.exe (file)

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSA64CHK.dll (file)

Rename this file by changing the extension to .old
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\automove.exe <--rename to automove.old

Scan that automove.old file at the following sites. Copy the report and paste the results back here please :)

    Dr.Web online scan
    http://www.dials.ru/english/www_av/

    Single file check (KAV)
    http://www.kaspersky.com/remoteviruschk.html

Then, please run HijackThis again and post a fresh log so I can see where we are.

Also - please open your Adaware Program and tell me the following:

    1. Version and Build# (in the lower right corner) should be ver 6.0 Build 181
    2. Reference File # loaded

    Hi Derij,

Got your email but there was no attachment. I emailed a reply to that effect. Could you resend it please?

Haven't seen you post back here....did you finish doing the fixes I last posted and want to post a fresh HijackThis log?
