Hey everyone. I had an issue with a couple of adware/spyware problems, and wanted to make sure I cleaned them up. I ran Spybot, AdAware, and a couple other clean-up utilities. The one I'm not sure about is the targetwords.com. It showed up the other day, and I thought it took care of it, but it came back. So, I tried again. I was hoping someone to verify whether or not I did indeed clean everything up. Thanks.

    Here is my log:

Thanks for the reply, but I realized afterwards that I had already attempted to get rid of some of these things, but they seem to be of the self-reinstalling variety, so I ran a fresh log after startup.

(NOTE: The BHO's in the "system" folder are ones I did not install. The only one I am not sure about in there is the "radio" one. The ones under "program files" are supposed to be there.)

    Hi Murdoch,

Can you stop hiding the Windows and IE information. :doubt:

Post the full log and don't snip of the part at the top.

    Regards,

    Pieter

Oops, sorry about that. I am not at my house at the moment, but I can tell you off the top of my head that I am running Windows Me (unfortunately, but will be updating shortly), and I believe IE 6. I will run the log again when I get home and post that part.
