Please help with HiJack Log

Hi,

Below is my HiJack This log. I run Spybot S&D on a regular basis with all of the updates and have done so today, along with a scan on restart to get rid of some pesky spyware from Client.com. One of the biggest problems I seem to be having is when I disable spyware startup programs through Spybot and then delete them, they seem to mysteriously come back just as quickly. Also, I have noticed that in my ActiveX tray, I have something from surferplugin.ocx, which sounds like spyware/pop-up issues. Any assistance that could be provided would be greatly appreciated. Hi unscarred79i,

Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Then reboot into safe mode
and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\msgked.exe

I am not sure about this Startup, but it does not look promising:
O4 - Global Startup: loader.exe
can you find loader.exe and check under Properties > version tab where it calaims to come from.
