hijack blaster won't load

On attempt to download Hijack Blaster I receive an error message that a file is missing and program cannot load.

Any possible thoughts on causes? Trying to download from PCWorld.com.

I believe that BHB is no longer available, having been replaced by SpywareBlaster and/or SpywareGuard.

I downloaded Spywareguard and now it says that a file is missing and it can't operate.

This is killing me, does anyone have a solution to killing Hijackers?

Any thoughts on speeding up a slow processor now that security is in place?

Lost a lot of speed and using a lot of memory, although on what I am not sure (hence the war on spyware).
