High Risk Cloaked Malware on ImmunizeNOW! (my old project)

    I as of today just scanned my ImmunizeNOW! (my old project) installer file on VirusTotal, and I seen this;

    - Prevx | 3.0 | 2010.01.20 | High Risk Cloaked Malware


    What malicious behavior has my product done to merit this labeling 'High Risk Cloaked Malware’?
