Hi newbie how to add on to backups

    I think i have good backup copy how do you add on any additional stuff as time goes on I have paragon backup & recovery free.

    Create backup images periodically.

    What difference between backup images vs system back up does backup images put stuff in folder where dont need to open the program to see your stuff on your external hard drive thanks.
