I have a HFS+ formatted SSD disk that I would like to access in Windows 10, but I am not able to. When I connect it, I get that "pling" sound, and I can find the SSD in Disk Management. I am not able to follow all the steps in the HFS+ Help. When I right click on my SSD in Disk Management, I am not able to click on the "Change Drive Letter and Paths" option.

I am fully able to read/write to the partition of my internal SSD that botts OS X, but the external SSD. Is there something I can do to fix this?
