I have a Windows 7 64-bit PC with an HFS+ bootable drive attached. I installed Paragon HFS+ which allowed me to assign a drive letter to the HFS+ drive. I had some problems with Windows about a year later, but have gotten it straightened out with some help from Microsoft. However, I can no longer access the HFS+ drive from Windows 7. So, I uninstalled Paragon HFS+ and reinstalled it. However, I still have the problem as follows:
When I use Windows Disk Management, I can see the HFS+ drive partitions, but when I right-click its OS partition, The option to assign/change the drive letter is greyed out. When I right-click Windows partitions, the option is selectable.
I formatted a USB flash drive using HFS+, inserted it into the Windows 7 PC and tried to assign a drive letter. The option was grey-out for the USB flash drive too.

Any ideas of how to remedy this? (Reinstalling Windows is not an option.)

I'm having this exact same problem. Running version 10.2 if that helps. Any suggestions are appreciated.
