Ethical products that no one uses so no one will use them. Like why use Signal if none of your friends use it?
For considerable amount of listed products it doesn't matter that much or at all. Example: e-mail provider is e-mail provider. You still can receive and send e-mails whatever e-mail provider you choose. Anyway. Why not convince your friends to alternatives? I have convinced my close friends to Signal, although they still use Facebook to connect with some other people. You will not convince whole world, but a few close friends is possible.
