Sorry but I didn't know which forum to go to. My computer (Windows ME O/S) has changed it's display to 15 colors and 640x480 and continues to reset it to that display everytime I restart it. The cursor will not show up on the screen. Everytime the computer starts up there's a window that pops up saying that there's an error with rundll. What should I do? Please dont make me run to another forum because it's kind of hard to get around the computer with nothing but a keyboard.

    Hi Sarah!

At first try to boot into safe mode by pressing F8 severaltimes during bootup...

Depending upon your kind of internet access you might have to use the "boot with network" option for safe mode

Then get the most recent drivers for your graphics card, deinstall the old ones and install the new ones...

If that doesn't help, come back here and we think about something else!

    Good Luck
