I have a problem and can't seem to get rid of it

I have downloaded previx and it won't run " previx can't connect to the internet to detect the newest threats.....)
I have tried to download a random file name for the program and it doesn't allow either.
Previx asks for proxy settings and I don't understand what needs to be entered.
Can anyone please help before the machine crashes again and I have to install the OS for the 20 + time ( over the last 3 weeks )

No other malware programs find the issue, I can see remote or the command lines being executed in resource monitor and can't seem to suspend the items from executing.

I have noticed references in "WMI security root" for an account "s-1-5-21-3952311282-3270686217-2811382985-500 1) enabled execute methods 2)full write 3)enable account 4) remote enable 5) read security

I unchecked these options and the file is still there but I am wondering if this is the problem as I am not a programmer or familiar with what should be there

Please help me with the proxy settings for Previx to enable it to run as I feel it might find the malware.

    THANK-YOU in advance

This is a response to my earlier post.
I am currently using "ubuntu" and running from disk. It is the only way I can stay online as using windows 7 and the remote user's command line execution, disables my usb or monitor or network access or etc. I was told by Microsoft to contact the local police and will in the am. I have taken out the hard drive and as I stated earlier, using ubuntu from cd to write this.

It is amazing that I am still violated as I have done everything except purchase a new computer. I have purchased two new hard drives, flashed my bios ( including re-writing the nvram and boot block, taken out 1 or dual video cards, removed my wireless card, not connected my system to a "wired" connection to my router, re-installed win 7 on the new hard drives ( no other drives in system ), verified with Microsoft that the install disk is real and good, even connecting to Microsoft and re-doing the install via their secure site.

I still have a system that is controlled via a remote exploit after all the above and will let you ( FORUM ) know when I find out more. The local authorities are now involved as well as Microsoft.

Of note, the recent "UPDATES" I had installed, verrified that they did install, and ....
well, I am still at square one. ( Over 1 month and still trying to get a computer that " I " control!
You all take care and thanks for the reply, but it is beyond a software scan as I have spent the last month trying to fix with Microsoft's, Pchelpforum, answers.microsoft.com,, etc.

If anyone wants to view my posts, go to answers.microsoft.com and search " violated and violated2011 " You will find a link to a photobucket page that I have posted some of the screen shots and uploaded showing some of many problems ( some might be normal as I am not a "geek"

Thank-you all for your interest in this and will try to return and post a follow-up after a level two support from Microsoft and the local authorities:

    Thanks!
It does not sound like any malware or spyware, just windows error reporting.
You need to mostly relax and don't beleive what see on movies or what you read in spy books.
