help!!!!!

    i downloaded MRU blaster and got msg about the msvbvm60 error!!!!!
    now for some reason i can't view thumbnails when surfing the net....thumbnails come out as those little red crosses....
    I can click on a pic and get the larger one but no thumbnails!?

    any ideas?

    any help apreciated?!
