    Hello,
Are you trying to reinstall Windows after booting? You insert it in the CD-ROM and power the PC up? Is that it?
If so, check your bios settings. Hit del or f2 or someother key (it says on the screen) while booting up, and enter the bios setup. Check that your floppy, cd-rom and harddisk are enabled.
