Help with WinPatrol

I am trying to Install WinPatrol and have saved the setup to my desktop. When I try to open it and get the install wizard, I receive the following error message:

Error reading setup initialization file

May I please have some advice as to what I am doing wrong. Thank you

 

you could have a corrupted download. you might want to delete the download you have and redownload.

i have seen this before on a corrupted pc, make sure your clean, run up 2 date AV and anti trojan pros and spyware scanner.
