help with safeonline

noob in need some help with safeonline,

I ran spyshelter keylogger test and zemana keylogger test, and both failed. im running win7 x64, with prevx 3 + safeonline (set to max), outpost firewall pro. i had dep and sehop enabled, but have disabled both for the min trying to troubleshoot.

Could you let me know if you tested using a SafeOnline license key and if you were testing when typing into a secured website (i.e. https://www.paypal.com ?) SafeOnline protects data entered into secured websites, not necessarily all data all the time for compatibility reasons.

yes i have full safeonline license, and i tested using https websites.

 

Could you please let me know what your keyboard layout is and what language your OS is?

sure, language is English , keyboard is English/UK.

forgot to add ,i am using firefox. tried under ie as well though.

 

Could you let me know if you see the Prevx browser tab in the browser that you're typing into and if the tab is green when on the protected page?

 

yes it is green
