Help with restoring an image

    I have created an image that I am tryong to restore. When I get to the "select a partition or whole hard disk to restore" the list is "empty". When I check the sam image it states that it is OK. If I choose an older image everthing works fine. How can I get this image to work?

    Could you please clarify what build of Acronis True Image you use during the restoration? Could you please click on the top of the list (where the name of the partitions should be)? There may be a problem with GUI. Please make a screenshot of the confusing window and send it to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. We will investogate the problem and provide you with the solution.
