    how do i do this:

    In the advanced setup tree (Enter entire advanced setup tree...) :
    1. On-demand computer scan->ThreatSense engine parameter setup->Other-> uncheck 'Log all objects'
    2. Tools->Log files->Minimum logging verbosity->'Informative records'

    i think u posted the wrong link, this shows you how to enable heuristics. But in the system box there a list all files box do you mean to leave that one blank ?? and if i do will it still show the infected files ?? That was my original intention was to make the log show only infected files because when i scan my whole computer it logs about 900,000 files.

    I didn't post the wrong link. Leave the 'List all files' box empty and your log file will shrink dramatically.

    Hello,

    The "List all files" parameter lists every file that's scanned.

    By removing that check and returning to the default setting you'll see only problem files listed.

    Thank you,
    BFG
