help with gmer ?? unsure of what step next!

    hi all, im so lost with gmer, great tool, but just cant understand its output, it tells me im infected , i did a screendump of its notification, heres hopefully the full output! sorry im so noob..ok, the gmer output is so long ive split it, into two txt files attached instead...

    hopefully some kind soul can help rid me of this infection, much appreciated in advance all :)

    hi, after reading more about hijack this , i thought to try an older version, 1.98..this is its log, the part that seems dodgy refers to the regedit location, am i worryin about nothing? cheers all help so far peeps :)
