help, with file c:\windows\system32.bridge.dll

i was deleting file sharing programs and cleaning computer and running adware and spyware recently, now whenever I start computer I get the the popup that the file C:\windows\system32.bridge.dll and the specified modul cannot be found. I ran both adaware and spyware, spyware last, and did a hijaack this log and this is what I have. I am not too computer saavy so a user-friendly solution (step by step) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for any solution.

Before you start please move hijackthis.exe to a folder of it´s own. The program creates backups in the folder it is in. These will end up on your desktop.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools <= entire folder

And (still in safe mode) use the DiskCleanup Tool to empty all your Temp folders.
