Help with additional licenses

    We had a 100 user license, as we got close to that I ordered another 15 licenses. Got the license folder but when I try to upload it it acts like I did but still only shows 100 licenses, not 115.

    Suggestion ?

    Is the other license for 115 machines? If so, remove the former license and install the new one.

    No the new license they sent me was just for 15 machines, I assumed you could combine the two. Should I contact the reseller back and ask for one with 115 ? Not sure how they would do that however since the expiration dates are different.
