I'm afraid Acronis is no longer associated with Wilders Security Forums.

They have their own new community forums, and that is where the Acronis Support Representatives are now located.

See this announcement regarding their new forums:

    Perhaps this can help.

    From the Acronis forum:

Suggest you create a new shortcut icon on your desktop pointing to the new forum address. Acronis has not made it easy for people to find the forums when coming straight into the Acronis website

    New Forum address is: http://forum.acronis.com/

    Registrations is: https://www.acronis.com/my/index.html

When creating your user name for the forum, the edit function does not mention "nickname" as the name title. Be sure and get your user name as you want it before saving the initial change. You are not provided a second chance to correct your user name.

As indicated by the Support posting above, your "Nickname" (forum user name) can be changed by editing your "personal information" tab.

Also, you need to modify the time zone to your own preference before saving the changes.
