Help w Trojan blank screen

    My mom has a trojan and successfully messed up her computer. (Win 9:cool: It now boots up to the window background then goes to a gray screen. No desktop background. What do I do? Get TDS? Will it work on that? Thanks for helping in advance. [​IMG]

    It is the downloaderagent trojan. Still trying to remove it... Any advice?
