It's of related to OpenVPN. Hoping a network guru could explain a thing or two.

I'm trying to understand something about /30 or 255.255.255.252. Say, I'm 10.10.0.192/30 and my ip is 10.10.0.193. How is it that I'm able to ping 10.10.0.1? I thought I'm only able to connect to 10.10.0.193-194?

I still don't get it :( I've been reading these guides on tcp/ip and subnets... it mentioned nothing about connectivity with such, I can't really make out how that works :<

    Anyone mind explaining?
