    Hi,
I have installed avira internet security suite and the scanner flagged up a HP (in the program files folder) file called clbdrenav.ax as 'TR/ Agent. BPR Trojan'. I suspect that this file is a false positive. I have uploaded the file to avira but have received no reply for the last 2 weeks. Any help would be much appreciated.

I isolated the file and put it in a rar file and uploaded it to rapidshare (here is the link http://rapidshare.com/files/263250409/Infected.rar)

    Thanks

I uploaded it to jotti's and only Antivir detects it.

Do you have Powerdvd ? If so is it in the Powerdvd/navfilter folder ? If so it's probably safe. In which case it's a FP being detected by Avira by heuristics i guess. Send it to them as a FP and they'll remove it from detection.

    clbdrenav.ax

The filename is associated with the malware group: * Malicious Software

    http://www.prevx.com/filenames/1900872384299212854-X1/CLBDRENAV2EAX.html

The following file size has been seen: 1,805,243 bytes 1,792,464 bytes 1,787,046 bytes

I've just scanned it with Avira and Prevx, so i'm presuming it is a FP.
